Fortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Rebate Analytics Advisor to join our newly formed Rebate Process Innovation department! This role and team will drive key activities as part of CVS Health’s Align for Growth initiatives and will be a part of our Rebate Finance department within the PBM Finance organization. You will work across our Rebate Finance department and the broader organization as we look to transform our business through improved analytic capabilities which identify and drive performance improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing our enterprise metrics using Tableau and performing data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Access, and other analytic tools. This role requires aptitude to identify drivers and essential metrics and will build dashboards and visualizations to empower our rebate analysts. You will report to the Senior Manager of Rebate Analytics. You will work with the Director Rebate Process Innovation to define priorities and ensure there is alignment with enterprise objectives.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering value by creating and managing our Tableau user environment, performing complex data analysis and also automating manual and/or time consuming processes across a variety of tools and applications. The individual needs a proven record of collaborating and leading business initiatives which work to identify and resolve business needs. They will have strong analytic and presentation skills using large datasets. The individual will be expect to support our business partners across a multitude of systems and applications in order to help deliver on our commitments in a more efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Create Reporting and analytic tools using Tableau, Access, SQL, etc.
Perform analysis of data as needed to support business needs
Translate data findings/trends into actionable insights based on observations
Develop and maintain rebate data mart, (RDM), data governance, and data dictionary
Required Qualifications
5 years’ experience in Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Rebate analytics and/or Healthcare industry data experience
Experience in database management/database governance/data dictionary
Experience using SQL, Tableau, PowerPoint and/or Excel
Business-Intelligence (BI) environment design
Education
Bachelors degree
