Join the Coram CVS Specialty infusion services team and be part of a dynamic team that supports a business that impacts over 20,000 patients a month! With Coram you will have the opportunity to support our clinical teams providing complex therapy treatment to patients in their homes.
The primary responsibilities include daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties using a computer system. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. * Maintain records/files. * Prepare forms, researches and verifies information to resolve routine problems. * Organizes and sorts incoming correspondence. Distributes reports and memos. * Performs photocopying and light typing. * May screen and direct incoming phone calls.
Typical work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with an opportunity for over-time based on business need. This is a full-time, permanent career that offers excellent Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, a competitive 401k, and additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
• Experience in home health and/or healthcare industry.
Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
