Job Requirements:

  • Infant/Toddler CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential

  • Actively enrolled in an Child Development, Early Childhood Education or similar degree program

  • Associates degree or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or similar degree

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working in a licensed childcare facility

  • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

  • Position is under Early Head Start of Maricopa County as a teacher for this program you will need to adhere to grant guidelines and requirements.

  • Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.

  • Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
